- ✅ Fixed download button (bottom-right, standalone only)
- ✅ Improved error screen with retry button
- ✅ Smooth fade-in animations
- ✅ Hover effects on download button

#### 2. **student-parent-grievances.php**
- ✅ Same improvements as family-engagement
- ✅ Customized messaging for grievance policy
- ✅ Download button with proper filename

5. **Change messaging** to match page purpose

1. Add `class="row-name-row"` to `<tr>` elements
2. Add `class="view-btn"` to action buttons
3. Include hover CSS in `<style>` block
